No. The Library is a closed archive. Only authors invited in can archive here. If you're looking for a large archive that accepts Doctor Who and Torchwood stories you can try Teaspoon and an Open Mind or Children of Time Archive. If you're interested in the smaller more private archive that we have here, you can contact us for information.

You do not have to register to read, but in order to control spam we do require you to register to review.

Initially, Shannon started the site and invited a few people she knew were looking for a place to house their work, and a few authors she enjoyed reading. Those authors in turn recommended some others.

After the initial invitations though, new authors will be invited in if there's a consensus among the current authors to bring in a new person. No one person will make the decisions.
